Ordering
What size should I buy?

Can I cancel my order?
While we wish could, once an order is placed, unfortunately we are unable to alter or cancel it. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.
How do I track my order?
Once your package has been dispatched, your tracking details will be sent to the email you ordered with.
What if I receive a faulty item / wrong order?
We are sorry that you had problems with your order. Please contact us on hello@zigiswim.com and we will resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
Sizing
Do your swimsuits run small, large, or true to size?
Our tops run true to size and are adjustable to your frame. Our bottoms run slightly smaller so if you are in between sizes and prefer more coverage, we recommend sizing up.
Do you offer size guides or virtual try-on?

On each product page, you'll also find model sizing details right next to the images, so you can see exactly what size Zigi bikini they’re wearing. This helps you compare and find the best fit for your body type.
We're also working on an even more intuitive and relatable sizing experience - stay tuned!
Is your swimwear suitable for larger busts or curvier bodies?
Yes! We are striving to be as inclusive as we possibly can and celebrate all our beautiful body types! We are only a small business in our very early stages so we have tried to be as size inclusive as we can, but there's plenty more we would like to achieve so if our bikinis do not fit you now we apologise and thank you for your patience while we hope to expand soon.

How do I wash and care for my swimwear?

Will the colour fade or stretch out?
It definitely should not! Econyl fabric is excellent for its longevity and hardwearing factors. Please refer to our care guide to ensure you prevent this happening at all costs.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Do I need to keep the hygiene sticker on to return?
Yes you do, we will not accept your return if the hygeiene sticker is removed or in a different condition to how it was sent to you (ie. appears re-stuck on/used)
What is your returns policy?

Return your item within 14 days of your request.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 days of receiving your item.
