UK Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Zigi Swim pieces. If something’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return or exchange your item.

 

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted if:

  • Items are unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Free from marks, stains, or snags

  • Hygiene liners and tags are still attached

  • Returned in the original drawstring bag

  • Return is requested within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (minus any shipping costs)

Please note: Returns that don’t meet these criteria may be rejected and sent back to you.


How to Return

  1. Email hello@zigiswim.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery

  2. We’ll send you a pre-paid tracked return label or QR code that can be print in-store, and the returns cost will be deducted from the total cost of your refund.

  3. Carefully package the item(s) in original packaging and original condition, and drop them off at your local Post Office within 5 days of receiving the label.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund (minus the return shipping fee).

    Refunds are processed within 5–10 days of receiving your item.


Exchanges (UK customers only)

We offer one free size exchange per order!

To exchange for a different size:

  1. Email hello@zigiswim.com with your order number and desired size.

  2. We'll check availability and email you a free exchange label.

  3. Once your original item is received, we’ll send the new size your way!

Note: As much as we'd love to offer a free exchange to customers outside of the EU, the shipping cost is significantly more so it is sadly not possible at this stage.

 

UK Shipping

  • Standard £3.95 (3–5 business days)

  • Express £7.95 (1–2 business days)

  • Free standard delivery on orders over £250

You'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Note: We’re a small team, please allow a little extra time during busy periods or planned absences, which we’ll always announce on socials/website.


EU & International Shipping

  • EU Standard & Express: Rates calculated at checkout

  • Rest of World: Rates calculated at checkout

*Orders shipped Internationally and to the EU may be subject to local VAT and customs handling fees upon arrival.*

These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country’s import duties. Zigi Swim is not VAT registered yet, and local customs fees may apply.
