Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Please take a moment to read the terms below before purchasing or redeeming a Zigi Swim gift card.

Validity

  • Zigi Swim gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to the terms displayed at checkout and applicable law.

  • Any expiry date will be communicated in the gift card email, where applicable.

  • Gift cards must be redeemed before they expire. Please keep your gift card details safe.

Redemption

  • Zigi Swim gift cards can be redeemed online at zigiswim.com

  • Gift cards can be used towards eligible purchases on our website, subject to any restrictions displayed at checkout.

  • If your order total is less than your gift card balance, the remaining balance can be used towards a future purchase before the card expires.

  • If your order total exceeds your gift card balance, you can pay the difference using another accepted payment method.

Purchasing & Value

  • Gift cards are delivered digitally by email.

  • Available denominations and prices are displayed at the time of purchase.

  • Gift cards are issued in pounds sterling (£).

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Lost, Stolen or Unauthorised Use

  • Please keep your gift card email and code secure.

  • If you believe your gift card has been lost, stolen or used without your permission, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review the circumstances and advise on the next steps.

  • We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraud or misuse and to take appropriate action where permitted by law.
